Today is Take Your Dog To Work Day
I didn’t even realize it but this week was Take Your Pet To Work week. As much as I love my cats I don’t know that I’d bring them to work. We work in a busy place and I think that might stress them out too much. The week ended with the tenth anniversary of Take Your Dog To Work Day. This annual celebration was created in 1999 by Pet Sitters International. The purpose of the day is to celebrate the companionship that dogs offer people, thereby inspiring others to adopt a dog from a shelter or rescue.
