Vegas for cheap
Why is it that most of the ads I see for Las Vegas vacations so inexpensive? I’ve never been to Las Vegas. They have casinos and attractions, and it’s apparently one of the most popular places in the US to vacation. So why doesn’t it cost more? And another thing. I always hear what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. What exactly does that mean anyway? Will those of you that have been to Vegas tell me, is it as affordable as it looks? Is it a fun place to go?

I haven’t been myself, but many of friends have. Now, they are gamblers so perhaps my view is biased, but it seems that all there is to do, apart from relax in your hotel, is to gamble. Slot machines are everywhere - even in small bars on the edge of town. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas refers to the notorious party reputation that Vegas has. Throughout history, for celebs or mere mortals alike, it has been known as a den of naughtiness! Sure, everything has changed since the mob were kicked out, but if you don’t plan to gamble, at least small amounts for fun, then personally I can’t see the point in going.
