Finding a deal on outdoor furniture
We could use a new set of outdoor furniture but they can be pretty expensive unless you catch them on sale. I usually see sets on sale twice a year, sometime in April and sometime in September. The best trick I’ve learned to getting something like this is to decide what I want and may be willing to settle for. Then I save up however much I’m willing to spend on it and put it away until I find what I’m looking for at that price. The last set we bought was a wicker set. We bought it in about 1996 or so from a store named Rickel’s, when it was going out of business. It was a loveseat and two chairs and cost us under $100.
